We're here to help you stay on track, strengthen your academic skills, and succeed in your courses.
You don't have to wait until you're struggling to use the Learning Commons. Whether you have a question about a course, want feedback on your writing, need help developing better academic habits, or simply aren't sure where to start, we're here to help.
How Can We Help?
Writing Support
Work with a Writing Consultant on writing and communication assignments across the curriculum, from getting started and organizing ideas to revising and strengthening your work.
STEM Writing Support is also available for students working on science-related writing and communication.
Subject Tutoring
Get one-on-one support from trained peer tutors in:
Biology • Chemistry • Psychology • Economics • Business • Physics • Kinesiology • Math • Statistics • Computer Science
Tutoring is available through drop-in support, depending on tutor availability.

Learning Commons Hours
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 3:00–10:00 p.m.
Friday appointments and services may be limited.
